Do you take insurance?
Yes, I take Blue Cross Blue Shield PPO, United Healthcare, and Aetna.
What if I don't have insurance?
Sessions are $150 without insurance, but sliding scale rates are available.
Can I use my HSA/FSA to pay for services?
