My ultimate goal as a therapist is to provide a warm, non-judgmental, compassionate, and safe space for my clients where you can process emotions and thoughts. I know how important it is to have the time to self-reflect on who we are and what we want in our lives, and I value providing that time for all my clients.

About Me

I took a slightly unconventional path to becoming a therapist—starting in law school before realizing my true passion was helping others heal. I believe life and healing aren’t linear, and I’m honored to walk with my clients on their journeys. Using a trauma-informed, person-centered approach, I create a safe space for growth and understanding.
